About Us

Catherine and Lisa love working in a team to maximize success and potential for their families (#teamworkmakesthedreamwork). To that end, they decided to expand SPOT on! to include a variety of allied health and wellness services, including: yoga and psychology (and more to come!). Their dream to be a hub providing services and resources to facilitate and encourage development is a true work in progress, and is ever evolving and growing.

The multi-disciplinary team at SPOT on! are kind, passionate, committed and innovative. They are driven by their common goal to provide current and evidence based intervention to little ones of all ages and of all abilities, both with and without diagnoses.

Therapy goals are always personalised to ensure that intervention holds tight to the individual little one and their family needs; always strengthening development to facilitate success and achieve potential.

A little about us....

SPOT on! was established in 2019 by long-term friends Catherine Bolck and Lisa Foster to provide little ones and their support networks with high quality paediatric allied healthy therapy and resources.

Catherine, a Speech Language Pathologist, and Lisa, an Occupational Therapist, met while providing their professional services to local schools. Quite often Catherine and Lisa would team together to help little ones, their families and educators. Realising the potential of their union and in order to offer more to more families, they turned their dream into reality and SPOT on! opened its doors in December 2019.

Ever since I was a little one, I've always loved helping. While I was at University, I was introduced to Occupational Therapy (OT), and fell in love with the idea of being able to help people holistically as a career. I feel grateful everyday that here at SPOT on! that I can support little ones and their families in ways they need. It takes a village to raise little ones, and we’re a part of yours. You’ve got this, and we’ve got you!

Jessica Edwards
Hello! I’m looking forward to meeting new families and working together! I love working with children within the SPOT On Team and enjoy developing their skills in their self-care, leisure, school and home environments. Play is critical to our children’s development and I enjoy using this in session to support them- often our sessions look like lots of fun because that is where the best learning can occur. One of the things I am really passionate about is ensuring that children don’t experience barriers due to disability. Outside of work I am usually trying to keep a green thumb, eating at new places or travelling!

Hi. I started working at Spot On around August this year and am looking forward to meeting you all and getting to know your beautiful kids. I’m a mum of 3 neurodivergent boys and know there are ups and downs on this long journey. Sometimes it can be very overwhelming but we are here to help you along the journey and provide support for you. I love to research and share what I have learnt along my journey so that I can help others. I have found on my journey word of mouth is a good way to find resources and supports and it does take a village to raise our precious ones.
